You can search the net yourself for detailed benchmarking results on this new GPU.

To get to the key facts quickly:

1) Radeon HD 2900 XT is the highest spec model.

2) An Nvidia 8800 GTX or Ultra is still faster.

3) Not too expensive.

In short its a good mainstream card, with good value for money.
Nvidia's high-end cards still lead with performance if you are prepared to pay for it.
