With regards to your question , the EaW division of TFL is closed "officially" , thus we arent actively recruiting.
However if you see an opportunity to either reestablish a presence , or create a new one , then by all means recruit away. However we do need some sort of proposition or strategy.
- Roles within Clan
- Recruitment methods
- Training
- Skill Level Bar
- Activity Expectations
- Clan battle policy
....etc , so we dont get 50 random people joining and spamming or being jerks because they didnt go through proper recruitment methods.
My honest opinion however, is that since THX is established better , then recruit into their clan.
