Tank0 what tools do you use to get those anitmated avatars, is it Dreamweaver?

I believe he uses Jasc Animation Shop 3 which comes bundled with Paint Shop Pro. It is an extremely easy to learn software, as long as you are intuitive.

finding basic gifs is the difficult part , editing is simpel .
