Ok, this is seriously doing my tits in.....
I need to find a laptop that can play the Warhammer 40k; Dawn of War series on high settings. Thats all I want, I don't want some ridiculous high spec machine, and I have a budget of £650 that includes VAT.
It seems that all these companies that offer unlimited customisation don't actually allow customisation except for what damn operation system you want.
Can anyone help me out, I need to find something before the weekend is out. This is for my Kid brother who is going to be introduced to the wide world of gaming this Christmas and if I can find him a suitable Laptop you'll be seeing a future recruit.
The 8600gt in their laptops will fail. Mines in the process of artifacting . They openly admit it . Poor manufacturing dyes from Nvidia. They offer extra warranty to alot of angry pissed off customers.
Infact avoid the 8600gt in all laptops. Other companies will have the same problem , but just dont provide a service to rant at.
If anything , your laptop should have a 9500GS or even a tasty 9600GT .
