We have a discussion on updating our recruitment policy going on at the moment so unfortunately I can't grant access until this discussion is done, TFL is a clan but also a democracy, there is no outright leader and when discussions of this nature take place everyone has to put their thoughts in before any action can be taken. This should be resolved in a day or two and your app will be processed.
Obviously you can still play with us and meet some TFL you haven't already met.
I do have some pointers for you though that I would like you take note of. This isn't TLSC and spam isn't really tolerated here. If you become a member you will be a part of the team and no better than anyone else. We do have a high standard of banter here so don't things to personally.
On your gamestyle, (Halo 3 specific) You play well and can grow as a player but remember this, Halo 3 and the console section of TFL is just a club to begin with and it's sole basis is to have fun and a laugh, protect us from the moronic players that plague Xbox Live. I won't tolerate silly pessimistic attitudes and talk of being 'ashamed' when you don't do well in a particular game. It happens to all of us, me quite regularly of late but it's all a good laugh and don't forget that.
Somewhere around here is the rules I've set out for UT3, they apply for all things TFL and speak volumes about what we are and what we want to achieve.
With that in mind, if you still want to join (I know I invited you here but a level of wanting to be here is a good sign) then your application will be processed in a day or two once the above has been resolved.
