on to topic... played a one on one with this guy and after sicking 4 pirate raids on me he came over and wooped my ass.... (note to self gotta figure out a way to stop those bloody pirates)
he has potentional to become very good and is an overall nice person. he can be a little over exentric at times but hanging around us will probably help him out a little bit.....
i say we put him on trial status....
@ Ginku: you may want to look into xfire... its a nice easy way for all of us to know when someone is online and looking to play... especially with sins having multiple lobbys....

first of all welcome . a texan who can spell Temmu's name is something TFL didnt have before , pitty you didn't correct "worng" too . As you might have noticed we are trying to balance fun with skills .
as for your application :
get xfire , you ll see why once you installed it
since i don't own the game yet i wont speak up . i think temmu , zanarkand ,inert and bang are the persons who we will be looking for to rec the recruits in the soase group for now .
as soon as a few members spoke up for you you ll be given trial status . then you ll get access to super dooper secret forums and some other percs .then your trial starts so you can show us you really want to be TFL ( you would be surprised how many apply but never show up again in lobby )
after trials you are TFL for life , voting rights , all access , free "i m with stupid" t shirt for meetings with temmu .
Since you are a bit young your trials should be a little longer then for adults ( yeah just like drinking alcohol this isn't fair neither )
again nothing personal , just speaking from experience . We want becoming TFL to mean something so we lay down a little structure but besides that it's anarchy online
so now you know how we do things around here , oh yeah , don't feed the bomba , if you feed him after midnight some serious freaky shit happens . you gotta forgive him , since he quit gaming he s gone cold turkey and did some wild stuff . even went back to school

I understand that some of you think Maddie might be a bit annoying when he's constantly reminding you about your spelling. And don't get me wrong, I'm all for freedom in general and freedom of expression and how you do it and what not and i'm generally not in favour of too many rules, but at the end of the day, I just have to agree with Maddie. I mean you guys are american, english is your native language, aren't you expecting more from yourself?
Of course I can't judge for you but if I wrote an article/post in my native language and people would have problems reading it, I would have to think that someting is not right.

if you accept without logging in he will keep asking you and it will not work !!!
once you accepted you can watch our activity calendar ,
you have all the other TFL installed as contacts on your xfire mesenger
in the messenger you see who is playing what game on what server
it automaticly tracks the hours you played a game and the totals add up for the entire clan and for your profile on xfire forum and this forum .
xfire is an messenger for gamers and you ll find it very handy to hook up with all other TFL
Ginku, I am glad that you didn't take it too seriously. You guys just hurt my eyes sometimes! I am in a love-hate relationship with word processing programs. I am not the best person in the world when it comes to spelling and woulnd't scorn most people but Temmu is in freaking college! He should know how to spell. He should know the difference between Then and Than. Ah well I am here with all these 133t gamers and they spell teh 133t 5p34k in game and sadly it translates into poor spelling outside of the games too.
I am just waiting for the first Korean gamer to write a letter to someone using 3 in place of all of his Es.
Just a funny side note...I work at a call center and we have to deal with Indian technical support. These guys can't spell or understand some English, Scottish, Welsh, or Irish accents and so really spell horribly. This along with the fact that they all use stupid abbreviations, to include EU for customer, which we always type as CU. They think... EU, european union or something I guess.

just had an amazing 2v2 with ginku... first time he helped me out with some advent strategies.... and we got man handled by pirates first wave and the enemies initial attack. when i was able to finish off my big ships to help him out we ended up pushing them all the way back and winning. second game i was vasari and we just steamrolled me from the start including me handling a 2v1 due to out microing the other players....
