Its a story i started aaggeess ago thought i might aswell post it, even though i doubt il ever finish it :) erm its a bit boring as i never got round to gettin the fight scenes in

The storm had broken.
Moonlight slowly began to filter through the dispersing clouds, bathing the surrounding meadow in an eerie silver glow. The forest was alive with the calls of alien species, masking the movement of a lone Rebellion soldier…
Commander58 drifted through the forest like a wraith, weaving in between trees and rocky outcrops without a sound. A mist had begun to settle since the departure of the storm, and was now well on its way in shrouding the forest into the perfect hiding place… but still Commander58 felt uneasy. He was approaching his target, and yet he had detected no enemy presence what so ever. With every step he took, a strange feeling seemed to grow inside him, a sensation CommanderSB was not familiar with. Was it fear? Apprehension? He wasn’t sure, but either way this wasn’t the time nor the place to begin panicking. Besides, he knew he had to stay calm and focused- it wasn’t going to be easy to take out an Imperial Fuel Depot single handedly.
Well at least I have the advantage of surprise he found himself thinking…

A young Imperial guard sat patiently before an extensive bank of video monitors. He watched as images flashed before him- live feed from dozens of cameras hidden within and around the sprawling Imperial Complex. The images flashed by in endless procession- troops could be seen patrolling the outer perimeter of the compound, and on one of the screens a small creature scurried past.
As the images flashed by, the guard fought off a day dream. He was nearing the end of his shift, and yet he was still vigilant- service was an honour.
As his thoughts drifted, an image before him registered alarm. Suddenly, with a reflexive jerk, his hand shot out and hit a button on the control panel. The image in front of him froze. His nerves tingling, he leaned towards the screen for a closer look. The reading on the screen told him it was coming from 32#- a camera stationed four miles away from the complex. The image was blank, the only movement being the slow swirl of the mist as it twisted around the gnarled trunks of nearby trees. Did something move in the background? Was it his imagination? He couldn’t be sure, but he could have sworn he saw a person dash across the monitor. Well orders were orders- anything suspicious had to be reported. His COM Link crackled into life, as he adjusted his link to Lieutenant Hesece’s frequency.
“Sir, I…”
“What is it?” Hesece demanded, his crisp cold voice interrupting the young guard.
The soldier explained what he thought he had seen, his strong voice now sounding timid in comparison to that of the Lieutenants.
“I see. That will be all.” The COM link fell silent.
A faint smile split across Hesece’s face, enhancing his already sharp features. The effect seemed to make him younger; hiding the fact that his neat jet-black hair was slowly turning grey.
We have an unwanted guest, at last!

Hesece is an anagram of a TFL member try work it out, i dont think it is too hard.
lol woops. Well it was originally just CommanderSB, but then i thought i would change it to 58 because it like a more plausible name for a commando soldier :)
erm well no plans for an extra chapter just yet, maybe il be arsed to type one soon
